They talk about various aspects of the rankings game as well as various ethical and unethical practices, and answer boat loads of questions submitted by listeners. I think it is the personal attention that Joe pays to his listeners questions that makes this show great.

I’m a big fan of the podcast, listened to them all. I like the back and forth between you and Al, but today’s was the most focused, informative, & to the point podcast to date. I’d take one of those a month over thirty Daily Searchcast’s with Danny Sullivan.
